The pipe brush, also known as the hole cleaning brush, is an important variety of brushes. It is widely used in the construction process of building plant reinforcement. The following is a brief analysis. First look at the planting process, which mainly consists of the bottom layer, finishing, calibration, orientation, drilling, hole cleaning, equipping the patch, injecting the patch, implanting the steel bar, standing for failure, and inspection.
Before drilling, check the strength of the bottom layer and check the appearance (cracks and other defects). After tidying up and cleaning the exterior, follow the plan and mark the position of the reinforcement on the bottom layer. When drilling, the drill bit should be perpendicular to the working surface and the planned depth of depth should be marked. When drilling, it should not shake too much, form a skewing or violate the planned orientation.
If steel bars are encountered during drilling, they should be stopped immediately. Re-drill the hole adjacent to the original place. The net distance between the new hole and the planned hole should be ≤2 times the diameter of the planting bar, and the distance from the outer edge of the concrete member to be burned should not be less than the thickness of the protective layer. Fill the waste holes with mortar. If the plan agrees to block the original steel bars, a drilling machine for cutting the steel bars can be used to cut the steel bars and drill holes to the planned depth.
To clean the hole, use a blower or high-pressure air to blow out the dust in the hole, and then use a hole cleaning brush to clean the hole. Repeat the operation until there is no dust at the bottom of the hole. Do not use water to clean the hole, and remove any accumulated water in the hole. The binder equipment should be provided by a dedicated person to ensure the correct quantity, uniform mixing, and no condensation before refilling.
Inject the adhesive into the hole, immediately pierce the steel bar, turn it in a clockwise direction while inserting it until the bottom of the hole, where the adhesive partially overflows, scrape off the remaining adhesive on the surface. The time consumed for the entire process should be less than the initial setting time of the binder. Otherwise, the adhesive should be removed and the hole cleaning process should be performed from the beginning.
