We will bend the iron wire of the required length and diameter without sealing the head, leaving a gap in the middle for the brush wire placement.

Put the brush wire of the appropriate diameter into the bent iron wire and twist the iron wire with a wire twisting machine, so that a semi-finished brush will appear.

Put the twisted brush into the trimming machine, and adjust the brush wire to a suitable diameter through the rotating cutter.

Put the trimmed brush into the punching machine and cut off its tail. If the customer requires the process, the tail can be adjusted in one step.

Stamping the required screws and brush heads to the full.

Put the required parts in the external packaging box on the assembly line.
